These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Q Hospitality LLC, Missoula, Montana, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms.
All prices are shown in USD and include applicable product taxes where required by law. We work to keep specs and imagery accurate; minor variations in color rendering can occur between screens and physical LEDs.
Any discount we display reflects a genuine previous selling price. We do not use artificial reference pricing.
An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders in cases of pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraud.
Masks contain electronics and small parts. Kids line: ages 6+, adult models: 14+, always under adult supervision for minors. Do not wear masks while driving or operating machinery. Splash-resistant, not waterproof.
All site content, branding and product designs are owned by or licensed to TheClubMask Ltd.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Our liability for any order is otherwise limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
