You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason. The mask should be in its original condition with all included accessories.
To start a return, email hello@theclubmask.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days after arrival), your refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 additional business days to post it.
Want a different color or model? Mention it in your return email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier — you don't have to wait for it to arrive back.
If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo or short video. We replace faulty items free of charge under our 12-month warranty — no return shipping required in most cases.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
