United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. Every order ships with full tracking.
US & Canada: 5–9 business days. UK & EU: 4–8 business days. Australia: 6–10 business days.
These are estimates based on typical carrier performance, not guarantees. Peak seasons (October, December) can add 2–4 days.
Free tracked shipping on orders over $60. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination — shown before you pay, no surprises.
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on business days ship the same or next business day.
Orders to the UK and EU are shipped with taxes handled at checkout where applicable. For other destinations, import duties (if any) are the recipient's responsibility — most orders under local de minimis thresholds incur none.
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact hello@theclubmask.com — we'll open a carrier investigation and reship or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
